Depending upon locations, the wet washing technique insures that the entire exterior of the aircraft is completely clean and free of debris. The aircraft is dry when completed. This service recommended for aircraft that have been exposed to harsh or corrosive conditions, like saltwater areas.
Is an environment friendly technique that takes care and entirely cleans the exterior of the aircraft, without water, while achieving an spectacular shine. Due to most airport environmental restrictions, this is our most popular service.
Our Hand Wax application will leave your airplane in brand new conditions by preventing deterioration, such as dulling and oxidation. This service will protect your painted surfaces and extend the life of the paint. Our waxes are aircraft approved and silicone free.
Machine polishing is recommended for paint that is oxidized or faded. It saves painted surfaces that are already showing premature signs of deterioration. This is accomplished by machine compounding all painted surfaces. It restores and seals the paint for protection and helps reducing parasitic drag. Once the aircraft is machined buffed we then hand polish the aircraft to bring the high gloss finish back to the paint. Mostly, old paints can usually be brought back to life. This is another alternative before having to paint the aircraft.
Polishing Brightwork is done with unique techniques and standards. Leading edges, Engine Inlets, Thrust Reversers and Propeller Spinners are polished to a mirror condition and brilliant shine. This process removes scratches, water spots, oxidation, and gouges.
This process includes stripping, conditioning and sealing de-ice boots to restore them to a high gloss shine and protecting them at the same time to extend their life and durability.
This detail interior cleaning and detailing process is truly an art. All of the carpeting and upholstery vacuumed and then dry cleaned. Carpet extraction is included in this service. The entire cabin is cleaned, sanitized and detailed. All wood and trim is polished. All leather seating and material is cleaned and conditioned. Galleys and Lavs are cleaned, organized, and sanitized. Cockpits are cleaned, sanitized and detailed. Cabin windows, mirrors and Plexiglass are cleaned. Spot cleaning the headliner, decorative and side panels as well.
This unique process protects and provides an excellent barrier against oil-based solutions as well as water based stains and will not attract stains. This accomplished by inducing a fluoro chemical solution in to the fibers of the material. Tested and approved to Far25.853(a) specifications.
